If you're an overseas federal employee, you can visit any international provider. VSP is a national vision plan, so we don't have doctors located overseas.

When you see an international provider, you'll pay the provider at the appointment and then submit a claim to VSP for reimbursement.

Getting reimbursed from VSP is easy.
For a timely reimbursement, sign on to vsp.com, select "how to submit a claim" and follow the instructions.

Your Overseas Out-of-Network Coverage
When you see an international eyecare provider, you'll be reimbursed 75% of billed charges up to the following overseas out-of-network allowances.
